I will retry uberman adaptation after a trip of two weeks to sardinia, around the first days of October.
One note, I feel better in uberman adaptation than now in mono, in adaptation I touched lightly the uberman experience about feeling fresh and I was happier and less depressed.

I oversleep from 5pm to 11pm so the adaptation is temporarily closed, I will try again in exactly one month, tiredness overcome me and it’s stupid to continue without enthusiasm and willpower.

I oversleep for 5 hours, from 4.30am to 9.30am, If in the next days I will oversleep, this adaptation will be at its end, after a month I will try again using the same blog, cheers

My night had gone without oversleeps, I feel now pretty enthusiast but I’m concerned that I’ve more energy because the big day 6 oversleep and the pain is only in his way to come.
My alarm setup is a white noise track with an ending alarm and a cellphone(powered off) that turn on and buzz my ear, it feels like a rave party, it’s not a perfect setup because cellphone can be throw away with the belt(it happened to me unconsciously), so I suggest an extra cellphone on your socket, this setup is clearly for adaption phase, when you’re adapted, a phone in the socket should do the work, you can find more information searching for “Alarm idea to get up. silent and efficient” on google poly group.

Oversleeping issues, this was my biggest oversleept, from 6am to 12am, I’m not proud of myself and I know that I can do better, if this will happen again I will think seriously on ending the experiment

I oversleep from 5am to 7am, I calmed my eyes with a cold pan and it worked good! one more excellent tip to remember!

I decided that day-start will be at 01 AM, yesterday night-morning was hell, I overslept discontinuely for 4 hours or 5, I was in trouble staying awake and my eyes were like to explode, this night I will use something to calm my eyes and get through the night without oversleeping.
